Because you are a foreign student, you may have some problems with financial aid from the federal government and states, through grants and such, but you're certainly entitled to scholarships. If you can not take a turn "full" scholarships in an institution of choice, you may want to consider some of the "Work Study" colleges like Berea College, Alice Lloyd College in Kentucky, College of the Ozarks, etc. These areas cover 100% of your tuition (guaranteed), and generally provide funding to cover all your housing and meals too. Best wishes!
