If you fail a class and resume must be your previous note issue for the future?

My Chem Class I kicks my buttocks, especially because my teacher did not "teach" it to us, it only reads the PowerPoint slides and took the class knows whereof he speaks. It is also very anal about grading exams Many of us will not pass. I need at least a C or better for my major requirement. Grades is evaluated by 60% exams, 20% laboratory and the other 20% are HW quiz on OWL. An A is 100 to 87 B is 86 to 76 C is 64 to 75 So far in 2 reviews, we've had, I have a 42% increase for both (bulls ** t, right?) Our first quiz, a lab of 20% and 82.5% did not given our homework grade. We have 2 more exams and I do not really know what to do at this point. So if I do fail and take over, is there a way know the future employers of the failure?
