High School Quiz Bowl?

I will be competing in the national championship University of unlimited questions in a few weeks, and I was wondering if there is anything in particular that I could do to prepare. Are there any great study guides that would, for example, or are there significant trends in their questions that I should consider? Thank you you, I was expecting to specific information in this tournament and this organization. Maybe tips of its current or former competitors.
